That family is not Floof’s! And, besides, she’s a swinger. Trees are optimal!

The willow, the kittens, and the river legend originated in Poland. Every culture refers to the flower buds on willow trees as little cats. Interestingly, the willow develops flowers before it develops leaves. Willows have been flowering in southern Ontario for a month and the ‘models’ for this cartoon were purchased from a local farmer!

Every nationality has their own legends, kids grow up with! It’s fascinating and heart warming.

Wow, Floof got out of the sock much easier than I thought it would be for him to do.

Birch trees flower before the leaves arrive, too. But their flowers aren’t pretty like the willow.

    I have a little kitty

    Her coat is silver gray

She lives up in the meadow

    Not very far away.

    I know she is a pus$y

    And not a little cat

    For she’s a pus$y willow.

Now what do you think of that?

    MEOW MEOW MEOW MEOW HISS!

Here is the teleporting doggies story. It is a true story.

    ==Teleporting Doggies ==

I know dogs can teleport. I saw my 2 dogs do it in October of 2008.

We had an ice storm, and everything was coated by a quarter inch of ice.

They wanted to go out and do their business. So I let them out into the backyard (which is fenced in – about 1/2 acre or so).

We have a yard shed about 15 yards away from the little porch step at our back door. There is a passage behind it that leads to the larger yard. They used that to get to the yard to go pee.

There is a tree right at the opening of the passage. Just as they got to the passage right under the tree, a fairly large limb half way up the tree broke off and plunged right down on top of them.

I was watching the whole scene play out – one moment they were standing there frozen… in the next moment, just as the limb crashed down on where they were standing, they were suddenly standing next to me on the little porch step.

Thats right… they disappeared, and reappeared right next to me, in an instant. I was looking right at them and did not see them run back.

I have always wondered about that incident. I’ve replayed it over and over in my mind, and it is always the same – they disappear, and reappear standing next to me on the porch step.

    I just don’t know.

Hi, friends, once again the comments bell did not notify me when I get a lot of your remarks at the same time. I try to answer all of them when they are posted, but am sometimes late for this reason. (I was also out of the apartment for most of Friday.) Thank you for the kind remarks. Floof’s pussywillow adventure continues on Saturday and ends on Sunday!
