The doughnut is one of the wonders of the modern world. Sadly, you really need a restaurant quality deep fry vat to make good doughnuts. I’ve experimented at home. You need enough BTUs to keep the temperature within a narrow range. I’ve tried a countertop deep fry vat as well as stove top pans.

If you rearrange the letters in “wonders of the world” they don’t spell out “Sluggo doughnuts.”
