Prolly so it can let the autopilot hit more people faster.

Tho I’ll just put it in the pile of “probably bullcrap.”

Hammy’s nearly as fast as Parisi’s Ninja Sloth, but not quite as silent.

One of my anime Mashle has the protagonist in the second season, in the episode endings pushing his car at over 120 mph…

The first time I rode in a Tesla (a taxi) the first thing I noticed was that it doesn’t have a traditional dashboard. Instead, it just has one screen that looks like a tablet computer. I was asking the driver about that, and I mentioned one thing in particular. I noticed that one setting was “Acceleration: Standard”. He changed the setting to show me what it was. It may have taken more than one second to go from 0-60, but the acceleration was so rapid that it seriously hurt my back, and I asked the driver to never do that again. Unless it’s a race car, I don’t see any reason to have quicker acceleration than it already has.

Our Honda Accord Sport can accelerate very fast. We never have gotten an open road to test it on though. Brother is 91 so I don’t think we will do that.

So that people can brag about it without being able to use it, except idiots who will realise that driving while accelerating that fast needs training and idiots (maybe the same ones) who are always trying to take off when the lights turn green.

Hammy can go faster than time with one sip of an energy drink.

The tires might have something to say about that acceleration.

When you have to go from a dead stop to freeway speed on an onramp that is only 250 yards long, that kind of acceleration is very useful.

Where are the rocket scientists who can tell us the G forces of going from zero to 60 in a second?

I had a motorcycle that could do zero to 60 in under five seconds. Once I applied Armorall to the banana seat, jumped on, accelerated, and nearly slid off the back of my bike. The passenger foot pegs saved me — and the bike.

My car can go from zero to 60 in a second, once I get the nerve to push it off a cliff.

They are built to rival super cars in acceleration but they are Teslas so why bother? The Gt 40 was built to beat Ferrari but it was still a Ford!

My grandmother had a 1957 Volkswagen. It couldn’t go 0 to 60 if you dropped it off a cliff.

I’m waiting for the car that can break from 60 to 0 in less than 3 secs! Now that would be a livesaver!
