Being on SCOTUS means never having to recuse yourself. Or say you’re sorry.

What I don’t understand is the federal judicial branch has rules and laws on bribery etc., but the doesn’t apply to scotus? (not capitalizing because they don’t deserve it.). Can’t the DOJ do an investigation?

I’ll bet his doghouse is 45 feet long and has wheels.

Good one. I took only one course on Law in graduate school. I learned most of what I needed to learn about the legal system: Justice is proportional to the amount of money you have.

As Art Buchwald noted 50 + years ago (as Nixon failed to get his 1st 2 nominees confirmed) there’s been a lot of anti-slavery bias on the court recently.
