If it’s Monday then who cares?

Passing is better than failing.

You know, he somehow managed to make life fly by him for more than 40 years. So I would say that he is doing a pretty good job right now.

But you’ll be dead.

I take it he doesn’t want a life line…..

What is better, life passing you by, or life tailgating you?

There are things in life that you want to pass quickly but sometimes you have to face them.

for those of you hating Monday, go find the Garfield cartoon from the TV show where Monday stops existing so all of the things that happen on Monday, do too. It’s pretty funny!

That will be a different matter if pizza or cheeseburgers are involved.

In some respects, I and Garfield are a lot alike. My Bishop once asked me what I wanted to do with my life. I was content to just keep on preaching like I was doing. And I am getting a bit complacent with the few things I do. No major changes in ministry, just preaching loving one another and taking up my cross. That’s enough engagement for me.

I wish that classic Garfield would come back.
