Those sassy mice should be glad they don’t live in my house! When I got home from work last night, Raven was playing with a dead mouse. I don’t know which cat actually caught the mouse, but when it comes to mice in my house, my cats don’t fool around. And they certainly would never play cards with the mice!

Today is:

Give it up, Chesney, the mice won’t come out.

According to the ScienceDirect website, “In mice, 81 % of animals display a preference for either the left or the right paw.” You learn something new every day, I guess.

Those mice aren’t threatened by Chesney one bit. They know he’s all just hot air. Now, if it was Lily, they’d be in big trouble. On another note, saw five spotted towhees and three juncos while out walking today.
