Squirrels had taken up residence in our house before the pre-move in remodel / renovation. Less than a week after we settled in the RCO and her crew cleaned that all up and no rodents of any size inside for the last 7 years or so. (RCO = Rodent Control Officer. In this case a big, floofy, black Norwegian Forest Cat named Odinsdottir. She’s really a sweetie. Just don’t make any noise that can be confused with a mouse or squirrel)
