There’s not a lot of future in old age.

Getting old is not for SISSIES!

O to meet one’s Golden Ages with not nearly enough gold to sustain the time…

having achieved the Golden Age, It, much like the medals awarded me, is just gold plated brass.

Got married for the first time at 58. It’s been the best years of my life.

Those golden years turn out, in most cases.. to be rusty.

The Cat In The Hat On Aging

I cannot see

I cannot pee

I cannot chew

I cannot screw

Oh my god, what can I do?

My memory shrinks

My hearing stinks

No sense of smell

I look like hell

My mood is bad-can you tell?

My body’s drooping

Have trouble pooping

The Golden Years

have come at last

The Golden Years

can kiss my a-s-s!

When my parents were still here, I asked them about the “Golden Years”. The reply was “More like Lead Years”! Now that I’m in my 80’s I can understand what they said!!

The Golden Age is 12.
