For me it is Star Treks 2, 3, 4, and 6. Plus Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Kinky Boots.

Fear of a Black Hat, Kung Pow, Deadful Melody and Come Drink With Me.

For me it’s Star Wars episodes 1-6 (and several of the shows too), Friends, and Phineas & Ferb.

The book “Wrath of Khan” does make more sense than the movie.

Earworms, anyone?

The DVD lacks the charm of a broadcast, the warm camaraderie of thousands of unseen persons at a distance, experiencing the same thing at the same time.

The ‘back ten seconds’ button has been a godsend for us ADHD inflicted. But, movies last at least an hour longer.

Still…

Rumor has it (from sportscaster Dan Patrick who was in the first one) that there will be a Happy Gilmore 2. For me, I’ll rewatch Fifth Element, Big Trouble in Little China, Kung Fu Hustle, or O Brother Where Art Thou among others whenever they pop up.

Lord of the Rings for me.

My wife and I were scrolling through the Criterion Channel Friday night and she said “Oh, look, Xanadu!” External validation of one of my favorite Razzie-nominations.

I have to admit I’ve never watched “My Cousin Vinny.” I shall put it on my list for nightime binge watching…

For me, it’s the Brendan Fraser Mummy, Shaun of the Dead, or Hot Fuzz. Oh, or The Princess Bride!

Horse Feathers, Duck Soup, Animal Crackers, Monkey Business, and everything W. C. Fields made. The MGM Marx brothers movies weren’t as good.

For me, it’s Blazing Saddles, It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, Inherit the Wind, The Lion in Winter, The Pink Panther, The Bird Man of Alcatraz, and A Man For All Seasons. I’ll throw a few more modern movies in there: Grease, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and Private School.
