Yeah, I hate these things. If you don’t take the time to write, why should I take the time to reply?
Saying “BRB” has the same number of syllables as “Be Right Back”.
There is a shortcut, but it takes longer.
It takes just as long to say “B-R-B”. as to say “be right back”.
If you no typing full theeng then no bothers to converses.
Now that she knows, all the time in the future she saves.
My screen is kinda on the small size. At first I thought she said, “Gonna check the mail bra.”
Which made me wonder. Did males really wear bras back in those days?
I always think of the sound I make when I gulp down a bottle of seltzer too quickly when I see BRB.

I worked with a man whose initials were BRB. He was not always right back.

Thank goodness for the acronym side of Google … of course, we had our own at Bell Labs in the ‘60s, ’70’s, 80s, but in the 90’s ’twere mostly Washington, D.C. for National Security and Emergency Preparedness.
