Making sure they were okay from the food they ate or there because of a tip that was huge and wanted to make sure they hadn’t made a mistake.

Must have overdone the gratuity a wee much.

That’s one thick TV Guide she’s holding. They must have a lot of channels with nothing worth watching to choose from.

My son used to wait tables. He claims that it is a fine art between being attentive and being overbearing. You have to be able to size up your audience quickly.
