Took me a minute. I knew that 5 into 25 should be 5, but 5 what? The decimal points threw me (I was thinking of how you figure out where the decimal point ends up when multiplying decimals). So I turned the numbers into fractions, remembering that to divide fractions, you multiply by the reciprocal. I came up with 5, and then saw how that made sense — .25 (25 hundredths) would be 5 times as much as .05 (5 hundredths). So it all made sense.
Mildly amusing cartoon + a brainteaser = a good use of my time.
