Hard to stop when it is something you really enjoy doing!

Here’s one for you Brutus: Do nothing in the morning, thus leaving the afternoon time ….. “free!!!”

Not too humid I’ll wash the car, then I’m done!

It’s a hard job that needs to be done!

Brutus will have time to work on household chores when he retires. At least this happened to me.

He’s earned it, especially with dealing with ol’ Rancid day after day, and being the sole breadcrumb winner(?).

Wonder how Veeblefester took the “Taking Easy” weekend lasting through the work week?

I’m still working on that myself.

I’ve got a peaceful easy feeling. Oops, wrong song.

I planted some trees and put out tomatoes and pepper plants last weekend. Today, I do laundry and some cooking.

that’s my plan as well…

Look at him now. He started out with nothing, and he still has most of it left.

right now I’ve got every Saturday (and Friday I must admit) booked exactly for this till December 31, 2034. js

and the great part, he never will. :D

We are celebrating Fiesta here in San Antonio. Food, music, events and mostly fun for the family.

All my Saturdays are part work, part leisure. Work to prepare for two Sunday services and leisure to watch soccer on the TV. I’m a fan of referees.

Now that’s pretty funny.

Nor will any of us finish until Taps is played. Then, the real fun begins, for most of us…..

Brutus is correct. Don’t rush relaxing. One could overdo it and rush into Monday morning.

Never finish taken it easy. Just don’t let the sounds of your own wheels make you crazy!

I’m sure Gladys provides roadblocks every weekend in the form of chores and her mother. But our hero will doggedly pursue his task every week no matter what kind of hardships may interrupt him! Take note Wilberforce. When you’re old enough, get a house with a man cave and a lock on the door!

I have verboting feeling that the wicked witch will show up and spoil ease.

I always seem to run out of time before I’m done taking it easy

It’s never too early for a nap on the weekend.

My favorite retirement saying: I get up in the morning with nothing to do then go to bed at night only half done.

I am sitting in a recliner right now with my feet up and my laptop on my lap. The first time I heard about laptops being used this way I bought one. That was a long time ago.

It’s never truly possible to finish taking it easy.

A job worth doing is a job worth doing well.
