True evil

My infected finger has cost over $9000 so far. My problem was I gave them my insurance card. I should have given them my Medicare card. Just got another letter from Hosp and I had to call them again to give them my Medicare…will this ever stop? Started on Sept 23

You can’t blame Cactus Jack. It’s the hospital owners who let it happen.

If they own the lot, they get the revenue, right? Greedy.

The NHS in the UK is going downhill due to insufficient funding by the Government over many years, but it’s still free (aside from some prescription charges). More and more seems to be going down the private health care route though. I’m pretty sure the Government wants to make the NHS look bad so they can fund their wealthy pals in the private health care industry. Don’t let the UK end up like the States. $9000 and rising for an infected finger is barking. It would cost £9.50 for some anti-biotics in the UK

The medical profession was already evil – this is just one more step to it. Gotta make sure the top docs (and most of the mediocre ones) have at least two luxury vehicles, one McMansion and one vacation home. After all – they have to keep up with the Pharma bros giving them kickbacks to sell their treatments to folks for years on end instead of actually making people better.

We may have national healthcare in Canada but one way they pay for it is by charging people to park at hospitals. When I lived in Michigan we didn’t have to pay to visit someone at the hospital.

They paved paradise, now they pay for the parking lot. (Sing it!)

Any money you might have extracted and did not, is money lost.
