Just curious — what is the reason for not lowering the nets for women’s basketball? The ball is smaller, so why are the nets still at 10 feet? Seeing them dunk would be just as fun as seeing the men do it. Again, just curious for the rationale.
Started watching the NBA to see Bob Cousey pass and dribble. He had about the same view of the basket as I did. Now that all the players are, at least a foot taller, I can’t relate much. BTW: A machine can be built and programmed to make 100% of its 3-pointers and free throws.
They had a league several years ago that used trampolines in the floor to let players dunk from all over the court. I can’t remember what it was called, but it didn’t last long.

There was a league that combined Basketball with football and had trampolines to allow everyone to dunk. last about 2 seasons i believe.
