I have seen dogs wearing socks outside in the summer so that they don’t burn their paws.

While the socks with band-aids(?) are odd on Edgar, they don’t match the oddness of putting half an Elly on his back.

Me: “I’ll just leave them be.”

Don’t you think he’d be trying to shake them off?

When this originally appeared back in 1995 I didn’t think they had three genders back then. That homely looking guy with the earring who probably thinks his gender is “other” is pretty confused! “They” think that Liz is a man!

Dogs must wear booties racing in the Iditarod

Okay, now that’s just plain silly!

Most dogs would not stand for that…. They would be gnawing at the socks immediately.

Saw a video of a dog wearing socks. Didn’t like it at all. Shook each foot with every step trying to get rid of it.

Liz: “Oh, that – My mom grew up in a trailer park and missed the aesthetic of her childhood. She says she trying to popularize ‘White-Trash-Chic’.”

Doggie doors are out due to unauthorized access. However, there was a strip where the Pattersons were victims. I believe it was after Elizabeth graduated and they went back home.

Elly: Glad that is done and over with. Several hours in the car with April is enough.

John: Next time we should take the dog and forget the kid. Say, why is it so drafty in here. Oh no, there is a bunch of broken glass in the rec room.
