I got a photo proof of delivery a little while back. Only problem was the package was delivered to the wrong house. When I called, I was told we have photo proof of delivery. I said, yes, but the picture isn’t of my home, but someone else’s. I don’t know where the package is, only that it is not at MY house. After a few minutes of arguing, I said, I have security camera footage that proves nobody came to the door of my home when the package was delivered.
There was a big sigh and I was told, “We’ll check into it.” After a few hours, the driver showed up at the house and threw the package towards the front door. By this time I was irked so I went down to the office with the damaged package and showed the manager the footage of the driver throwing the thing. The manager turned an interesting shade of purple and muttered something about being sorry. Turns out he didn’t want to say anything to his driver who is also his brother.
Fortunately the contents of the package weren’t damaged. Haven’t seen that driver again.
Amazon’s been doing that lately I noticed. My USPS mail carrier knows to toss the package over the gate next to the mailbox and she usually leaves a smiley on the box. She’s a sweetheart.

Shouldn’t there be an odor proof lock box so the porch pirates won’t steal it? (Or perhaps the parents-to- be are hoping they will?)

What a bird-brain. The phone is at the wrong angle to get a picture of the baby.
