“I’m assuming you have a card”? Who would ever say that? The question that’s asked is about whether a person is a registered voter.

They also want to know what side you’re on… I hate politics. It divides people instead of getting us all together.

I’ve been in politics most of my life, with a 42-year perfect voting record. “La pregunta” would be, “Are you registered to vote?”

suv2000 wants to vote for a felon. Of course, I’ll vote for him to 20-24 years in the pen, too.

While the question was asked in an odd way her reaction to it was also a bit strong.

I think what SUV means is Trump 20 to 24. And, better to respond outside of his thread. The more replies he gets, the mote likely he is to be the featured comment.

Assuming that people

a) need a card to vote, and

b) carry that card with them everywhere at all times

is a very odd premise for a comic strip.

Anybody but Trump, please. He’s very scary.

I have no idea where my voter ID card is. I just show up at the polling place and give them my name and address (and party affiliation for the primary elections).

What a rude question! Anyway no one carrie a card in my state.

It’s so important for all of us to back up our opinions with our VOTE, not only in the presidential election, but state and local ones as well.

She must be a Den, our hustling registrations to people who probably won’t vote anyway… so they will do it for them!

The insult-slinging on both sides is uncalled for. Look at the actual strip. She misunderstands a question, releasing all her frustrations and anger caused by years of assumptions and bigotry, followed by a pro-voting appeal.

Now, back to your regularly-scheduled programming.

Yes citizens should vote, but NOBODY would ask the question the way it is done in this comic strip. Seriously poor job today in an otherwise pretty good strip.
