Uh oh! What’s on Lily’s mind now? Ugh! I don’t think I can wait another day to see what has her so agitated!

MAY DAY. What ever happened to kids making May baskets and sneaking them onto to the doorsteps of neighbors?

200,000 MILES DAY. Okay, I made that one up because it will be 200,000 miles day for me. On my drive to work this afternoon, my car will turn over 200,000 miles. Happy 200,000 miles anniversary to my car!

Now what, Lily? Everyone (except maybe Chesney) is overjoyed to see you back.

Well well well, she hasn’t changed. At least Annie will be happy. For May Day today, 2 of my neighbors make about 20 baskets to leave on doorsteps. I contributed fragrant sweet peas from the flower bed along my 70 foot front wall. Wish I could post pictures! They are going to have a tough time this morning as the wind is gusting around 30 mph.

I remember making May baskets as a kid. Probably filled them with dandelions though!I dont ever remember any adult being pleased though, mostly indifferent.

Lily has a lot of problems with the other cats, and now they’re gonna hear about it! No, it’s not Festivus.

Uh oh, now what? You’d think Lily would be glad that they’re happy to see her again. (Then again, this IS Lily we’re talking about so maybe not.) Was it something Chesney said? Maybe she’s upset over the blatant anti-cat propaganda in today’s Arctic Circle. (If so, I can’t blame her.) On another note, saw two nuthatches, five robins a butterfly, two rabbits, and two Steller’s jays while out walking today. while out walking today.
