My wife now only buys the 7.5 oz cans of Coke. On a cost per ounce basis, they cost more, but it’s still cheaper per serving than the 12 oz. I find that it’s plenty to go with my lunch once in a while. I was dumping a third of the 12 oz. cans anyway since I didn’t finish them. When I was growing up, those curvy glass bottles were 7.5 oz., so it’s just back to where they should be. I only have one a couple of times a month or so.

Just hold down the Control (CTRL) key and hit the + key 4 or 5 times …

and it’s just like normal (or like it used to be).

Just Blame Biden…or…When Trump was President all comic strips were full sized, and actually funny.

There is a limit to shrinkflation: when you have to start splitting atoms.

The Tiny Comic panel. Sized to fit the tiny fridge in your new Tiny House. (Which seem to cost more per square foot than a mid-century starter home, but not as YouTube click worthy)

There was significant shrinkage. It shrinks? Like a frightened turtle. (Seinfeld)

I’ve been trying for shrinkflation for quite some time now. Still need to lose a few pounds.

I thought shrinkflation was an increase in the price of psychotherapy.

This shrinkflation is dark energy: As the cosmos collapses in on itself, distances shrink faster than objects come together. (The metric is changing.) As a result, it looks like the cosmos expands at an increasing rate. Yes, I do the math.

Last time I picked up a local newspaper a couple years ago (it was on a table in the doctor’s waiting room), the comics section was so small, it was almost unreadable.

The more shrinkflation I see, the less I like it.
