    There’s actually a soup I bumped into in Chinatown that almost looks like the cat’s drink. It has a lot of dried shrimp in it, and the base soup is so thick that, if you get it in a takeout container, the shrimp really do look like they are swimming in place (I think it was some sort of Fuzhou region soup.)
