They have a CC problem, He said he hired an advisor..I asked how much that dude was charging him. He fired the advisor and since always made payments on time (I have not raised his rent in 25 years) They have been there since 1993 and did all upkeep themselves. House is perfect and I am giving them the house soon. I am afraid they will use it as a CC.
