Please note he dove (well projectiled) in wearing his glasses and they survived. Speaking from experience (yes, I was young once) they do not stay on and when I got out I wondered why my vision was blurred. Had to wait for the pool water to settle so I could see them on the bottom (and of course in the deep end). Great way to learn how to hold breath and open eyes under (clorinated) water.
