    I’m pretty sure if you’re making just a bucket’s worth of the stuff a potato masher or a mortar and pestle will work just fine, or heck, just start with raw grape juice, you can buy that and skip a step.

    I’ve worked in a winery in the U.S. and toured wineries in Burgundy, France and Tuscany, Italy. I guarantee all modern wine is made with modern, stainless steel machinery. Oops. can’t talk for Spain though. Just maybe.
