    I never had a problem with under the bed; for me it was the closet; my mother would hang a shirt on the door and in the twilight it looked like a ghost.

    Hey Kid, the Castle Doctrine (particularly in a Stand-Your-Ground state) allows you to grab that bat leaning on the wall and use it as appropriate against the things/monsters.

    Rules and Regulations vary between jurisdictions, consult a lawyer for guidance in non-comic strip related situations.
