Never realized until now what a toxic personality Mom has. Everything she’s said and done up until now you could chalk up to age-related lack of filter. Apparently, it’s more than that. She’s just mean.
Oddly enough, one of the reasons I keep a goatee is because it makes my chin look better. I’ve always been aware of having a small chin. Or, so I thought. Now with the beard, I look really good. I even have gotten compliments from the younger folks.
