In my understanding, a litterbug is someone who tosses trash anywhere, not one who at least brings it to an already overflowing bin that needs emptying.

1. Well, he already has the gown, he just has to ditch the monitor leads hand pick-up his wings.

2. That’s funny! I’ve seen more than one video on YouTube, where a car on a highway, will stop at a light and throw or set some trash on the street, and a guy on a motorcycle with a GoPro camera behind them will pick it up, and at the next light, ride up along side them and throw it back in their car, and say sump’n snarky like: you lost this, or you left this at the last light, and ride off.

My first job out of grad school in Baltimore was teaching at a junior college in Santa Rosa CA. Clear across the amber waves haha. Mendocino County was really expensive and I had five jobs to float my daughter and me. We discovered tons of discarded vegetables and fruits behind this enormous grocery store. Carried us (and many others) through four years in the 80s.
