Where you would have a case is if there was any proof of a phone call where Joe Biden said something along the line of " You treat my kid good and I’ll treat you good". Another time Biden joked that Trump “missed” with the bleach, and “it all went to his hair!”
And at a May 11 campaign fundraiser in Seattle, Biden referred to “Sleepy Don,” a jab at reports of the former president − who has long called Biden “sleepy Joe” − falling asleep during court appearances for his hush-money trial in New York.
One of Biden’s go-to jokes at the expense of the former president involves telling a story about running into a “defeated-looking man” who tells the president is “crushed by debt.”
“I had to say to him, ‘I’m sorry, Donald, I can’t help you,’” Biden said at the same Seattle fundraiser, along with other recent remarks, in a poke at Trump’s mounting legal obligations from civil court judgements and court fees.
Biden has mocked the Trump’s “God Bless the USA Bible” that the former president is selling for $59.99.
The ice cream cone imagery is probably the best answer for Trump’s Diet Coke. In some ways, those are some of the most pedestrian things we get to see of our Presidents. I think it makes them more human.

Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed is based upon the seriousness of the offense and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant. It’s up to the judge to determine the seriousness of the violation and the criminal history when sentencing. Given Hunter’s background I would not expect a judge to give any prison time. Probably a fine but nowhere near $250,000, maybe some kind supervision. Or, seeing as how Hunter has no criminal history he might just dismiss the charges and say “go and sin no more”. I doubt that last considering the legal and political witch hunt surrounding President Trump. I expect a minimal wrist slap but not much more.
You lefties have more than a little hatred for us right wingers and project a whole lot of sins and unfavorable attributes onto us that’s total BS. I no more want to see Hunter get an excessive sentence than I would anyone else. Some people get popped because they were unaware they had an unfavorable entry in the NICS data base. I wouldn’t expect those people to get charged or if they did I would hope the judge would dismiss.
