Ahhhh… the 60’s. I remember them well. My first real car (not a junker) was a 67 Mustang. It had a 289 with 4 on the floor. It wasn’t green like the rag-top in the strip but red with a black vinyl top.
I loved his drawings as well as the take-offs I saw in Mad Magazine. I have drawn a few cartoons of me riding in some of the cars I once owned (such as a Ford Focus or a Chevy Sonic) tricked out like one of these drawings.
