But one thing they’ve done right here: Yard sign design needs to avoid the red-blue-white scheme. No one looks for political ads anymore.

I saw an article a couple of days ago where a Fedex driver was delivering a package when some guy ran up, grabbed it and ran off with the driver still standing there.
