    I don’t get why they even sell plain Chicharrons. You then have to still go find the chili powder and a lime.

    Pork rinds are an equivalent Southern snack. If you label them as dog snacks, you can charge five times as much. :)

    On my many life travels, I fell in love with “volcanes”, not the sweet Mexico City stuff but the Merida stuff which are fried bean patties dipped in a “bolsita” with a sweet and slighty spicy tomato sauce. I discovered that based in your location in the city volcanes changed appearance, texture and even recipe.
