    What’s the name of the syndrome kinda like Dunning Kruger, but for a person who DOES know a lot about the subject and just ignores the parts he doesn’t like? Oh, yeah. “Hubris”.

    Might not be a bad idea to investigate all of them especially the right wingers. Their fellow radical right-wing judges might know somethings or be on the take themselves. The GOP is getting to be known as a criminal enterprise.

    Can’t like this one.

    When one is appointed to SCOTUS, one swears to set aside one’s persona biases in favor of the Law of the Land as written in the Constitution of the United States Now it appears some of them or their families have used their positions as license to influence events.

    The foundations are crumbling.

    There will be many upside-down American flags flying across America today. It will be my honor and privilege to vote for a convicted felon and Americas first political prisoner in November. Who’s with me?

    I thought MAGAs were supposed to be MACHO. MAGA men don’t let mere women push them around.

    Alito can’t take down his flag because his wife won’t let him. I guess we know who wears the pants in THAT family. Alito is such a (the part of a woman Trump likes to grab.)

    By the numbers: guilty on 34 counts times 12 jurors = 408 individual guilty votes.

    ^^@FJB: Nobody in their right mind is with you. And it’s not only the orange baboon you’d be voting for.

    - Trump media manager Steve Bannon: convicted felon;

    - Trump personal attorney and fixer Michael Cohen: convicted felon;

    - Trump organization CEO Allen Weisselberg: convicted felon;

    - Trump shyster Paul Manafort: convicted felon;

    - Trump security advisor Michael Flynn: convicted felon.

    I call that organized crime. Vote for that if you will, but don’t call it honorable.

    Some smart flag creator needs to create a SCOTUS flag that is designed for flying in distress mode!

    It is unlikely that we will see any orange jumpsuits resulting from this trial. So far, the New York justice system has bent over backwards to be sure that Trump is treated just as any other person in his position would be treated. If they continue to do that, and they will, because they are under heavy scrutiny from both directions, he will pay a large fine, and be put on probation. He will have to have his travel plans OKd by his probation officer. Ordinarily, he wouldn’t be allowed to leave the jurisdiction, but exceptions might be made for this when necessary for business. Overseas travel will almost certainly be prohibited. Probably won’t want to campaign out of the country anyway. But, would be decidedly inconvenient and embarrassing for the president to have to skip a summit meeting in Europe because he isn’t allowed out of the country. And, no, he can’t pardon himself for this, because it is a state court and the president can only pardon federal crimes.

    Of course, if he is elected, he has said he wants to be dictator for one day. And that is the day that all of his crimes, as well as the witnesses and prosecutors will simply disappear. Then, as dictator, he will decide one day wasn’t near enough.

    An upside down USSC flag had not occurred to me before now, but seeing it in this toon instantly makes it seem quite accurate as the descriptor for our current far right Supreme Court — and applies to far too many lower federal court seats, as well.

    Boy howdy is that correct. The Morons on the Supreme Court (yuk yuk yuk) have been godawful from the proverbial jump street. If a decision involved a corporation or the wealthy against some regular person, you knew they would decide in favor of the corporation. They are a very bad and dangerous joke.
