I always thought it was stupid when people stretched their arms like that after a jog. I mean after all, they weren’t running on their arms! I asked a physical therapist about this and he laughed and said yeah, it is stupid.
I do back-strengthening exercises so I can give my great-nieces and -nephews piggy back rides in my 60s, something their parents can’t do in their 40s!

Maybe I need to do this before getting my mail. Mailbox is on the other side of the highway and you don’t want to try and cross between 4 & 6 pm!

I do a lot of sprinting when I play 4 hours of pickleball. Not so much after though.
