Team Building is okay but teamwork in a corporate setting is really just a way to keep the wanderers in line behind the sycophants that most readily follow the “do it my way or else” method.
…which, ironically, will actually probably prove to be more productive in the long run than the “team-building exercise” would have. Better the manager who clearly defines the requirements than the one who has his staff spending half a day falling backwards into their colleague’s arms just because he happened to read some stupid “management” book over the weekend.
