I like to imagine what I would say to any idiot guy who would steal and swallow my medications: “Expect to grow a pair of man-boobs, fool—those were my hormone replacements. But you’ll probably be dead before that, because those other pills will bottom out your blood pressure and destroy your bone marrow!” (I have polycythemia vera, where my bone marrow makes too many red blood cells, so my medication slows it down.)
