That joke, sort of, was also used in the TV series “Dinosaurs”.

Older joke: archeologist found a vase with the date “745 B.C.” scratched on it. He was thrilled until someone pointed out “How did the artist KNOW?”

Wait a minute… these are cavemen? Shouldn’t this be 1,000,000 BC? Great civilizations were already rising and falling long before 1,000 BC. Alternate timelines? I know, I know, cartoon physics. And best of all, Racquel Welch was in 1,000,000 BC.
