    polypropylene is NOT normally recycled. Less than 3% gets recycled. Yeah, it’s a cartoon and fish aren’t known for their intelligence, but why give bad information? #1 and #2 are the only widely recycled plastics. Also, #5 isn’t clear.

    I only recycle 1’s,2’s and glass-since China stopped taking the world’s recycling nothing much actually gets a makeover anymore…..

    Aluminum cans are about the only consumer item that get recycled, presently at 65%.
