Start by creating what you’ll call the “second amendment”, but keep it vague!

Chariot racing in the Easter Roman Empire. Green team versus Blue team.

“Blue versus Green: Rocking the Byzantine Empire”

“But the two remaining teams were wildly popular in the Eastern, or Byzantine, Empire, which had its capital at Constantinople, and their supporters were as passionate as ever—so much so that they were frequently responsible for bloody riots.” – Smithsonian Magazine

If the Republicans were really smart. they would find a way to amend the second Amendment, to read: “The right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed.”

This is the zero-sum philosophy of politics. The only way a disenfranchised group can get a freedom, or a right, or justice is to take it away from YOU.

And there you have the truth.

All conflicts – national, religious, gender, race, all of them – are manufactured by the 1% to distract us from the real conflict – class. If the rich guy up on the hill can convince us that we have a problem because our skintone, etc., is different, we’re less likely to get together and say “Let’s go up the hill, f*** him up, and take our share!”
