Uh, good advice… Why call her aside at the bottom of the 6th inning for this talk? Is this really a conversation that couldn’t wait until the game was over?

Is today’s strip at all connected to yesterday’s strip? Yesterday the announcer said she was “taking no prisoners” and Coach Cami told her she was doing “good work”….so she needs to sit down for a talk where she is told to listen more? Listen more to what? Other people praising her?

Okay, I agree this is a nice sit down talk from the coach. What I don’t agree with is giving it with one inning left and the team down 3 runs. She should have done this at the start of the game. Although I suspect Keri hits a grand slam tomorrow and then we get Dorothy mowing down Oakwood in the seventh.
