Good thing he didn’t have to interpret Lassie. Timmy would have died in the first episode.

My dog had me well trained. When he decided he wanted something, he’d sit and stare at me until I figured out what he wanted. It was an unblinking stare….as if he was saying ‘’Figure it out, Stupid!" He’s been gone just a couple of months now, and I sure do miss that stare.

No, I think the dog wants him to open the can since it lacks opposable thumbs plus the gift of speech.

Bites him doggie.

Nice artwork, but I might’ve gone with a simple empty bowl, maybe with some giant question marks hovering over it. Or… May a little more subtle approach like…
