I love railcar diners. Try Blue Benn, Bennington Vermont. Or Palace Diner, Biddeford Maine. Franks Diner, Kenosha Wisconsin. Some expect you to know the procedure for waiting and ordering, I find locals will clue you in when they see you’re a tourist.
