Might have needed the cat next door for a more menacing approach.

Needlework comes with a built-in sharp weapon. And i recall someone being effective with a pencil.

As Snoopy said in a strip where he was feeling depressed, “Even my Fluffy Bunny books no longer have meaning!” In the end, Charlie Brown brought Snoopy his food bowl and a delighted Snoopy exclaimed, “Ah! Meaning!”

Being good at needlepoint does not make you not tough. JOKE FAIL.

Then again, it’s Snoopy. JOKE PASS.

It must be by pure imagination, but where does Patty get the idea that Snoopy is rough and tough? What incident in her experience could’ve led her to that conclusion? I know I have some peace of mind that I have a pit bull mix out back and noone would dare break in there. But, I also know she’s a love dog, not a watch dog.

Back in ‘68-’72 my best friend we called The Rock" because he was a Hawaiian as broad as he was tall and scary as h311 on the football field, but his real joy was a hobby of teeny tiny electronics. I was always amazed how he could manipulate such small things with his massive mitts. He was also light on his feet and a talented dancer with young ladies queuing up to dance with him at the sock hops. Another friend once called him James Bond in the body of the Incredible Hulk. He was my protector on the football field, and I miss my friend; he would have given Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson a run for his money if they had lived in the same timeline.

I never did needlepoint though I did do counted cross stitch to regain hand and finger flexibility and dexterity after breaking several fingers and a hand.

I was going to make a joke about Snoopy being a needlepointer, but he’s a beagle, not a pointer.

    A needlebeagle, perhaps?
