I ordered some stickers online and I just realized why I picked the ones I did. The colors are mostly somewhat similar to Nancy’s. They are water bottle stickers, something I knew nothing about. The pictures are various dogs, all different. I took them to the hospital today for dog therapy and handed out one vinyl sticker to each nurse we saw. They were so excited! One of the nurses came back to me with his water bottle to show me how cute it looked – it was already stuck on. Such a small gift to offer, and every face lit up. Nurses give a lot more than they receive. They get all the time with my dog that they want. We do not exclude visitors, other staff, or patients. All of my pets slept on my bed when I had sitters, too. I could tell by all the fur stuck to the bedding when I got home. Being greeted by my menagerie was so wonderful. It’s nice to be missed.
