Ha! This is what we call conditional love.

I’m a softie, too. I even save wasps drowning in the birdbath – after I tell them NOT to sting me, of course.

We say that.. as if they understand.. we know they don’t but.. we still do it. LOL

I hope it listens…and not bring all it’s friends, and say, That lady was nice to me! She won’t kill us!

I am a mixed bag on bugs and such. Not much compassion for the mosquitoes… spiders are generally good except black widows must remain outdoors, same for the brown recluse, but even though we have them here, they are …. Reclusive! I draw the line at scorpions, none shall pass.
