All Biden will have to do is keep calm and rationally explain things. Trump will be unable to keep from blustering and making false claims. And Trump isn’t even preparing, having little patience for anything like that. Trump will try to prod Biden into some kind of memory lapse; Biden might actually be able to provoke a crazy outburst.
Sorry, but this is the false narrative from several weeks ago. As we have gotten closer to the debate the new narratives includes such gems as “Orange clown will deliberately throw the debate” and/or “President Biden has a secret drug he takes to temporarily cure dementia.”
You have to wonder why the conservative “media” and the orange clown spent months saying President Biden would lose and now they have to scramble to say the debate is rigged? Oh, wait, actually, you don’t. One participant in this debate is a hard working, accomplished man who has spent his entire life working to improve the lives of other people (and, yes, is old). The other participant is a lazy rambling moron who knows nothing about policy but is really good at making people mad, and has spent his entire life only working to improve his life.
