It’s amazing how time flies when you intend to work.

I can find more things to do trying to avoid work, than if I actually did what Iset out to do.

It’s called AADD, Adult Attention Deficit Disorder, and I suffer from this also.

One of my weaknesses is procrastination. I want to work on this, but I keep putting it off.

I have no deficit of attention. I just don’t direct mine where certain others want me to.

I suspect that’s also the case with many children who are “diagnosed” with “ADHD”.

It’s impossible to enjoy idling unless there’s work to do.

I have been trying to work for a month plus on paperwork I have to do for county so we can pay less in school taxes due our not having any children here and our income. I do this form annually. It is worse than ANY tax audit I have ever done with any tax department.

I have been working on it on and off since I got the form from them. I have subsequently received two more forms to remind me, while the due date is end of December, I really like to get it done early.

At the same time as I am working on this I had to do paperwork for Embroidery Guild chapter for 3 members to take a class from our national group which is being paid for by our region. I finally got it done and sent to the person at region. I had forwarded by chapter check the amount paid for the text by the 3 members. I got an email from the region treasurer – I need to send more money for the text. I go back and check – this is the amount of the checks they sent to us and I have forwarded all 3 to them. Turns out that there is a also a separate materials fee which the chapter agreed to pay – no one told me and I have must have missed that meeting. Plus I hear from the region education chair (someone new to this process this year) that I did not fill her form. So I then had to write a check, fill in the new form and with the new rules – mail the check to the region treasurer and the form to the education chair (used to send it all to the treasurer). And chapter pres is upset so I have to send her copies of all this!! That took to last Friday.
