Put up a sign that says “Free Firewood”. Or start a firewood for sale business. Then get some younger person to manage it. Cut off all of the limbs and sell them for firewood then get someone that makes lumber to take the trunk.

I wonder if Walt’s new cat is a descendant of Kitty? I can’t imagine Rufus had the resources to get Kitty snipped.
