Well at least they has real living kreatures in kustomer service.

They used to settle conflicts and complaints in the ring.

Now they settle them with a ring (of a bell).

Any creature able to turn the pages of a book while wearing boxing gloves gets no complaints from me.

Start of the fight….and I guess the bell ends the fight!!!

I want to complain about the roo’d service here.

I remember when the sign at the counter actually said “Complaints” . . . before they softened it and opened it up as “Customer Service”.

Of course, that was back in the days of “Personnel” rather than “Human Resources” (which put people in the same category as other Resources — you know, like staplers and photocopiers).

The customer is always right-hooked.
