Post the Constitution next to the Commandments so the kids can read about the separation of church and state.

A clear violation of the Establishment Clause. A waste of time, judicial resources, and taxpayer dollars, all for self-promoting theater.

And done with pride, rather than shame. Wait, wasn’t there something about pride?

Christians need to get better at actually living the commandments they are pushing.

The King James Ten Commandments are just a list of values. Ok. Let’s start with the first Value that forbids all other religions, the second Value that declares Catholics to not be Christians, the third Value that forbids speech, and maybe the fourth Value that requires active participation in as directed by the Chrisitan Religion.

As for the final six, they exist in every culture and religion in the world. American cultures are not Christian, they’re just the common values.

In 1961 at age thirteen I was in seventh grade. A teacher required that every morning a student would read a bible passage of their choosing. Somehow I chose a passage on the ten commandments. I reached the tenth commandment and read about how we should not covet that which is thy neighbor’s. Not his wife, his servants, his ox nor his a$$. Yes, the version of the Bible I was reading said “his a$$” (donkey). Still I was thirteen and I burst out laughing as did other thirteen year old boys in the room. I still feel good about getting that laugh.

christians: We can’t win on the merits of our religion and people are abandoning the church in droves. So our solution is to FORCE our religion down Americans throats and make it illegal to NOT be a christian.

Any ‘christian’ who supports Cheeto Jesus obviously knows nothing about the teachings of Jesus.

TFG who has managed to break all 10 Commandments is the choice of those wanting the 10 Commandments posted in all classrooms. So a youngster will ask what does adultery mean ? Ask Donald about Stormy Daniels and he’ll tell you

I think it’s OK for school kids to be exposed to the Protestant Ten Commandments, as long as all other religions, plus secularists, atheists, agnostics, and existentialists, are invited to post their favorite rules, too. There may not be a lot of wall space left after that, but hey, that’s how the cookie crumbles.

There are two ways to define The AntiChrist. One is something that attempts to destroy the teachings/ideology of Jesus. The other is someone who exhibits the opposite of the personality/ideology/characteristics/beliefs attributed to him. I doubt that trump cares (or knows) enough to quaify for the first, but he’s the best candidate for the second to live in a long, long, long time.

Should we tell the kids the penalty for violating the fourth commandment and not keeping the sabbath holy? "…Anyone who does work on that day shall be put to death. " (Exodus 35:2) That should keep them from skipping Sunday school.

    Behave like Biden:

Get confused about where you are.

    Utter gibberish.

    Shower with your daughter.

    Let children rub your legs.

    Sniff hair and bite fingers.

Blame your predecessor for your faults and yourself for your successes.

Store classified documents in your garage.
