I never thought I would see the day Baldo would pull one over Gracie.

Take the heaviest book, Gracie, one that you can wield easily, and clonk Mr. Selfish over the head with it!

Gracie, Gracie, Gracie! How could you get so easy distracted from a fresh empanada? The books will always be there, but with your empanada-mooching brother, the empanadas are just here for a limited time.

Payback is a you-know-what Baldo. Don’t turn your selfish back on Gracie for awhile.

I’ve never understood why Tia Carmen and their dad allow this. Especially in a case like this, where they just came out of the oven. Tia Carmen could easily have handed Baldo a plate with his share of the empanadas and not allowed him to help himself to more until everyone had some.

That boy is a hog.

The only kind of “share” Baldo is familiar with, is eating more than his.

You had to know that where there is a plate of fresh empanadas, Baldo is definitely close by!!

That was evil, Baldo. EVIL!

Tia Carmen should make some prune empanadas, that would teach him a lesson about eating more than his fair share!
